OK all of you Butch Walker experts... October 9, 2008 The Elephant's Child (Chicago, USA) WHAT IS THE FIRST LINE OF THIS SONG? I like it. BUT I CANNOT FIGURE OUT WHAT HE'S SINGING, and I wonder if any of you can.
Love it October 8, 2008 Tats If you are a Ryan Adams fan, this is the way to go - love this single.

What can I say, this guy can't write a bad song! Very catchy, you'll be singing this and playing this over and over. And you know what? This song is FREE at the moment! Grab this up and then pick up his 3rd Solo compilation entitled "Sycamore Meadows" out Nov 11th.
Do yourselves a favor and check out his other works. You'll love yourself for it! :)

Another catchy track from Butch September 30, 2008 Judith Caseley 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I have heard songs written by Butch before and his relentlessly catchy tunes have never left me disappointed in the past. I am relieved to hear that his solo album is no exception. This single is contagious and I can't wait to hear the rest of the tracks. The lyrics are funny because they have a level of truth to them. I also enjoyed the candid spoken commentary which occurs a little more than midway through. This song actually reminds me of some girls that I know although I probably wouldn't tell them that!
great pop song! September 30, 2008 Allison D. Roth (New York, NY) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
If this song is any indication of what the rest of the album is going to sound like, its good sign. The song itself is really catchy with heartfelt lyrics. It has the free spirited feeling of a summer-time ballad. As a whole, the song is reminiscent of an Old 97s track but Butch brings something new to the table, especially about halfway through when he talks to "her" as the instruments play on in the background.
